Saving you hundreds in additional fees. State certified Termite inspection is offered for an added fee. In addition, we provide you with free Infrared pictures in your report, and a free Home Energy Report. The home energy report will give you valuable information on the house energy use and ways to save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on energy use. That is in addition to reviewing the hundreds of components of the house with detailed pictures, video, graphs and our state of the art home inspection software Spectacular home inspection system that will give you the best value most complete home inspection report.

Hill Home Inspection LLC will include all visible components of the home in a report with Spectacular Home Inspection Systems which include an executive summary with the estimated repairs totals. We inspect for both buyers and sellers of homes, so you will have a better knowledge of the condition of your valued investment. We also provide annual maintenance inspections to help homeowners locate and react to potential problems with their homes. Most inspections will take 3-4 hours for a detailed inspection report.
